As I do my points for the day.... and log my exercises I am mindlessly munching on a snickers bar, now it is only a snack size, not so bad Right? but I look over and realize it is my 2nd one of the morn. I had a good healthy breakfast, I am not hungry. I saw the bowl sitting there and grabbed a handful. I did not even think about it until I was logging my points.
Now I have to wonder just how often do I do this... I suppose this is why I just do not lose any weight...
It is bad to work with so many junk food addicts who keep snacks and candy sitting around (yes I have a bowl of candy too, my hard candy's that I suck on for dry mouth and that helped me to stop smoking)
Maybe I am just wasting my time Sparking ....
I have no will power
