Day 224 - sodium, why?!

Why do I eat SO MUCH sodium... obviously too many processed foods. Crap.

This week I was suppose to make strides to address this sodium issue... but I haven't done anything yet. Although, it's only Tuesday, so there's still time!!

Still taking it easy on my back, I've walked everyday this week, but haven't been to the gym. Tomorrow I'll try kick boxing and see how it goes.

Scared to get on the scale, I feel bloated... so I'll save the weigh-in for Sunday.

    Good for you, listening to you body, even if you don't like what it says. LOL.
The sodium thing is a tough one. Take your time and make it work for you.

    I hope u feel better.
I had homemade chili for football this past Sunday & it did me in. I felt so stuff & bloated, I felt sicj & couldn't eat yesterday.

    i recently added sodium to my tracker !OMG ! i didn't realize how much i was consuming, so i've been trying to watch it closely . keep on sparkin ! emoticon

    I have a sodium issue too. I am trying to keep it in check. I found some strange things have lots of salt.
