Why do I eat SO MUCH sodium... obviously too many processed foods. Crap.
This week I was suppose to make strides to address this sodium issue... but I haven't done anything yet. Although, it's only Tuesday, so there's still time!!
Still taking it easy on my back, I've walked everyday this week, but haven't been to the gym. Tomorrow I'll try kick boxing and see how it goes.
Scared to get on the scale, I feel bloated... so I'll save the weigh-in for Sunday.
