I would have to say that the first day of my new diet/exercise plan was both a success and a challenge.
Eating 100% vegan was a success.
I picked up my meals from the local café and had that for lunch and dinner last night. Yum!
The workout plan, however is going to have to change. I had planned to workout with my trainer friend at lunchtime. He invites anyone who wants to come workout with him and unfortunately the one person I do not get along with at work started working out with him recently. It shouldn't matter but whatever I seem to do around this particular person comes back to bite me in the end so it's not worth it.
Instead I'll be working out on my own doing my Jillian Michael's dvds. The 30 day shred and Boost your Metabolism. I will still be doing yoga 3-4 days a week also.
was a success, instead of giving up or making an excuse when I came to my first obstacle I just found another way.
