For weeks now I have wanted to get myself back on track and always something or someone has been blocking my way.
1. Dh's Post traumatic stress disorder has takien it's toll on me.
2. My feet have been giving me grief for about 3 months and now after new orthotics and adjustments think it may be heel spurs.
3. Excuse after excuse after excuse.

So today after some inspiration from another sparker am starting again.

Don't judge me if I fall over again and have trouble getting back on track.

Just be there to pick up the pieces I may drop and help glue them back together.

You would think I could get it as so many others have.

So todays positive is I am getting up from the computer now and doing some exercise before a planned healthy breakfast.

Thanks for listening to me whine a bit more again.

    You can do this!!! I'll even share some of my favourite motivational quotes, maybe they'll help!

It doesn't matter how slow you go as long as you don't stop.

Fall down 7 times, stand up 8.

People say motivation doesn't last, neither does bathing, that's why they recommend doing it every day.

It's hard to beat a person that never gives up.

Being defeated is only temporary, giving up makes it permanent (this is my favourite quote of the moment and I just added it to a picture on my page, let me know if you would like it and I can email it to you)

That's enough for today I'm sure, but you can do it, I have faith in you...

    You were never really far away - just hiding a bit - and you will find that the decisionbeing made it will come easily to you!!
Start everyday as a newday - and above all - remember that this isn't a diet - its a way of life - so really you can't fall off - you just take a different fork in the road - but that fork has bought you back to the main track again!!

    I will definitely be here for you to support you and to cheer your on! I have regained all but 7 pounds of the weight I lost so today is a new beginning for me too. I have been exercising but at the same time I've been eating my face off. Today I resumed tracking my food because I know that is what will work for me. emoticon

    All so true Georgia we can find many reasons on the not to rather than I can. I have remotivated but has taken me some time I still look for rewards for good behaviour and they are usually this little bit of cake won't hurt who am I kidding!!!so now I track before I eat (if posssible) and that sure knocks it back seeing how much that little bit won't hurt or I drink yet another glass of water. So good on you hang on in there it will all come with small steps.

  Similar to my post today. I think it's just great that we are willing to sweep ourselves together and keep on going. I am awesome at that excuse after excuse thing too.
