For weeks now I have wanted to get myself back on track and always something or someone has been blocking my way.
1. Dh's Post traumatic stress disorder has takien it's toll on me.
2. My feet have been giving me grief for about 3 months and now after new orthotics and adjustments think it may be heel spurs.
3. Excuse after excuse after excuse.
So today after some inspiration from another sparker am starting again.
Don't judge me if I fall over again and have trouble getting back on track.
Just be there to pick up the pieces I may drop and help glue them back together.
You would think I could get it as so many others have.
So todays positive is I am getting up from the computer now and doing some exercise before a planned healthy breakfast.
Thanks for listening to me whine a bit more again.
