Back and needing to get back in the swing of things!

So this summer has been an eventful one, full of ups and downs. I started the summer off by applying to grad school for the fall in extension education. Got into the program! :) So working on that now while working full time. Then went to Iowa for my grandpa's 80th birthday and surprised him! It was great! They didn't have a clue that we were coming until they showed up at my aunt's house and we were there. There was never a routine this summer and I really struggled as a result. i quit my job at Wyotech and got a new one at the University. Very exciting! I think this will help me get back on track as the crazy hours and demands of Wyotech will no longer lead me to stress binging. Plus I worked in teh same departemetn I am working in now at the university as when I was still in school, just taking on more duties and getting benefits.

Now it is time to refocus on what is really important! I am back up to 220. Really depressing but I have been here before and know I can get back down to where I want to be. My short term goal is to be down to 195 by the time my mom graduates in December and my grandparents come out. That is 25lbs in 14 weeks. I know I can do this!

    I noticed we're near the same place? I started as 102 kgs and secretly I want to reach 60 kgs!
