I set a new personal record today for distance. I went 10 miles. I did it on the treadmill at 1% incline with no holding on. After warm up, I ran 4 minutes and then walked 1 minute for 10 miles. I ran at 6mph and walked at 4.5mph. I don't feel tired or sore. Feeling great, actually!
