It is so different from jogging on a treadmill. I do know that I'm still out of shape but I'm very proud of myself for doing it. So my goal of running 2 miles in 20 minutes is going to be pushed back to the new year. It is so hard anymore to get on the treadmills at the gym that I just said forget it I'm going outside to jog. Now I have a new goal to jog around the block without stopping. Then I'm going to slowly add another block to my jog. I feel so good after that as well. So my game plan is doing the weights at the gym then hit the outside for my jog.
