After completing my triathlon in July I decided to take a small break from the crazy workout routine. The problem is I haven't been able to get back on track. I have tried to adjust my eating habits back to what they need to be since I am not exercising as much, but am really struggling with it. I can feel myself slipping back into some of those old bad habits.
I am also not exercising as much, which is partly not my fault as the swim team takes 2 weeks off and the gym is closed for it's annual cleaning. Now they have the swim team schedule for winter out and it looks like I will have a hard time attending at the time scheduled, but I love swimming and know that it is great exercise for my body. So I have to decide if I can add one more thing to my already full morning routine.
I am hoping I can find the right balance of food and exercise again so I can loose the last 20 pounds I want to loose.
