I need to get moving

I spend most of my day sitting down. I am tired of feeling run down and out of shape.

    I was feeling this way about 2 weeks ago. I started walking for at least 10 minutes 2-3 times a week and drinking more water and less sugary drinks. Today I walked 40 minutes and have been feeling much better physically and mentally. Start slow and be consistent and I'm sure you'll be feeling much better too. Hugs

    to get us started moving all we need to do is take a walk around the block to start with and when that is easy then make it 2 blocks or 15 min and gradually increase.
    we do feel better when we move.
    If you are at work sitting you can talk a walk during your lunch break or coffee break inside building or outside if weather permits
    Use the stairs anytime you are at work or shopping, park away from the store instead of right up close
    All these little things can help us to get moving more everyday
