I sat this morning thinking of my reasons for weight loss and overall health and fitness. First and foremost the obvious being being a role model for my family. I want to stay young with my children especially since I have a lot of lost years. Years hiding under the weight . The weight of self judgement, wanting to be accepted and loved, judgement from others, and my own ignorance. This coupled with being an overweight child. So I often wondered what life would have been like for me if I lived,talk,tasted ,breathed,run,play,laugh,think
, and eat like my children. Then it dawn on me it wasn't too late to become the person I was ment to be. I am looking forward to being agile and able to run and play with my three children.
