I was talking with my sister the other day, and complaining how I still can't really notice the difference in my looks, but apparently others do. I said that I'm scared what will my scale show on my next weighing. She replied that on Spark pages I can find how to measure progress without the scale.
So, today, I was looking for that article to find out more about it.
And found few interesting.
In this one (4 Signs It's Time to Step Off the Scale), author gives these signs:
1. You constantly worry about weighing in. - YES
2. You weigh in more than once per day. - Why, YES
3. You can recite your weight to the nearest fraction at all times. - Of course!
4. The scale determines how you feel about yourself for the day. - Most definitely!
So four "yeses" equals "compulsive weigher".
This is my resolution.
The scale is going to my closet and it's going to be taken out in 24 days. Until then no more weighing for me.
I'll just use tape measurement and that's it.
Wish me luck!
