Still going strong.. it must be about a week now that I haven't ate in the evening or in the middle of the night, except for an apple or half a banana :) YAY! I'm seeing results already on my figure... no more hugeness that scares me, woot! As for the daytime, I'm still mostly eating whatever I want, with an emphasis on eating more of my main meal, so that I eat less for dessert.
I have a wedding I'm going to on Oct 15th... I need to use that as inspiration to keep going - seeing people there I haven't seen in years and I want to look good! :)
OH I also have gone to my gym in my building and gone on the bike there twice in the last week!!! :)
