36 Sets at the gym (9 chest, 9 back, 9 shoulders & 9 arms). Total time was 1 hour 15 mins.
Felt great. With 72 hours of rest - since my last workout - my energy level was much higher.
The gym, for me, is like sacred ground. I like to get in - be focused and intense - and get out. I don't have time to socialize. When I was younger, 36 sets would take 2 hours. Now, I have cut 45 - 50 minutes off the time.
Tuesday is cardio day, with my next workout on Wednesday.
