    I have been watching a few of your blogs... still am not tired, still have yet to get my butt to bed! As I was watching your blog, I thought, man he is not heavy, why does he want to lose weight? I realize from your other videos that you are trans gender, so I thought, maybe he wants to lose his chest... I really don't know much about this subject, but it stands to make sense without knowing too much about the whole thing if you are at all sensitive to people. Anyway, I was thinking about something that could really help you with losing body fat. Look into perhaps, well, if you like, this is JUST a suggestion, but look into body building diets. You will find if you learn about their diets that it will reflect the least anoint of fat. Body builders main goal is to shed fat on their bodies, so it all about getting lean, and getting rid of all fat. I hope this has helped and I wish the best for you!

    By the way, the first time I did a video blog I think I said umm about 50 times. As you become more aware you can actually stop saying it if it bothers you. Just all about pausing and thinking for a few short seconds and keeping your mouth shut while doing it, lol.
