Love eating vegan. It has been a long transition, several years, my whole life really. Vegan is a healthy and cruel-free way to live and in many ways it is easier to restrict calories by focusing vegan rather than simply weight loss. I am focusing on healthy eating which will lead to sustained weight loss. Excited about Sparkpeople as it is such a great help in this journey.
