Sparkie Down but not Out

I have been DYI my house so I have screwed up my back it is painful to exercise and it is hard so sit for long periods of time the down side to this crazy injury my nutrienist has me exercising 30 minutes more and she decreased me by 200 calories. I need to drink more water overall
happy where I am just a bummer because I am not crazy about exercise and this is hard is emoticon
