Pretty much that sums up the way that I feel. I just dont know. Is there such a thing as self sabatoge???? that is a question I ask myself daily. I just gave up. How can I give up on myself? I dont know. I am mad because I have slipped back into old habits. I mean I was feeling good....ppl were complimenting me & I was seeing results. Now it's like stressful for me. So many different things on my mind. I think Im using food to cope or just get away. maybe thats how i feel i can control something, but really im not. sometimes I feel like its out of control. a friend told me that I can do this. Ive done it before and I know what to do. She sed Im worth it. thinking back on it....I know its true. i just have to find my mojo...lol.... i want more than anything for this to be easy. i want to be able to motivate somebody. i cant look back. i have to move forward. hopefully the next time i write it will be with some progress.....any loss is progress.......

    I just read a part in the Spark book on this same topic. Self sabotage or when you get stuck. I've been at that point where I lose weight begin to get compliments and then my mind begins to drift into that lane of I've arrived. Now that I know that I'm better equipped to keep myself focused. I read also that it's good to keep goals set. When you're close to reaching the first goal begin to set the next goal so I don't get lazy or stay stuck. I know you can do this, just keep thinking and believing that you are so worth this!!! Best to you

    I wish I could tell you that this can be really easy, but it isn't always easy. New habits can be just as good to get into as old/bad habits can be but are more important in the long run. Have you tried keeping a journal to help you keep track of your habits, eating and otherwise. That could help you go back and see when you take a turn, what you're doing to possibly make you do things differently, then you can try to stop those habits in their tracks another time. Hope this helps you out.
