Reflection really does give us the inner peace that you seem to have in this blog. Go for it. This is the advantage of alone time and not having someone in your ear. Proud of you. You have come a long way. A few weeks ago, I had looked at a few of your earlier blogs. You are not the same person (if you don't mind me saying that). You have truly grown and shrunk. Grown as far as your overall well-being and shrunk in terms of your weight. You have much to be proud of and have truly served as an inspiration to many including me.
I am so happy you took the time to reflect on where you were and where you are now. It is good to look back and see the progress you have made. Which is awesome by the way. Now you can focus on your goals and as long as you stay focused you will reach those goals. Six Pack huh!! Now I will have to start doing more crunches and reverse crunches to keep up with you. You always mention your arms do you do triceps workouts? Triceps kickbacks with five pounds weights is one I do and I do triceps push ups, you know where you use a step bench and use that as a base to do the push ups behind you. I mostly do workouts that include my own body weight and then I will follow up with hand weights. Resistance bands are wonderful to use for the upper body have you done any of those workouts? I guess what I am curious about are you doing the same exercises every time you visit the gym or do you several different kinds? JIBBIE49 Round 2 is always different from Round 1. Some people just aren't as "into" the 2nd Round, so be careful to stay like you did in Round 1. You are certainly right that NOW you look in the mirror and see the big difference compared where you were when you began. My adult children do the P90X work out with Tony Horton and it is amazing how they have improved. A six-pack is possible, as long as you stay with it. 1750 days ago
