I'm so pumped and round up walking for 20 minutes and burning over 160 calories. I ate a Dinty Moore beef stew which was around 25 carbs and 400 calories. I also ate a banana afterward.

I messed up last night though. I grazed all night (after going to a buffet, which I ate a salad first and my sugar never went above 200, yay! The doctor suggested going once a week so I don't get frustrated or burnt out). So, yeah, I was disappointed. First, I ate two string cheese's (sp?), a second banana, and three of the small bags of Lays potato chips with salad dressing. The last was my worst. But, the good thing was that it didn't bring my sugar up at all. Or if it did, it wasn't too much and I woke up with a level of 175. That is actually low for me. I am working on steadily getting and keeping it around 140-ish. Before this whole baby thing came up, my levels were between 250 to 300, or higher.

Al in all, I feel energized and good. Walking helped to boost my energy and self-esteem.
