I haven't been very good at eating right for the past few months. I've kept up with exercising and staying active but not at the level I was before (which was a minimum of 1 hour heavy exercise daily). So I've gained a little weight. I'm determined to lose it but need something to motivate me, so little baby goals it is.
New Goals as February 2013:
Weigh-in below 130 for at least a week: Pole or Aerial Silks class
Weigh-in at 125: Pedicure
Weigh-in at 118: Facial
Weigh-in at 110: Shopping Spree!
