2nd workout with Jake 9-8-2011

Workout with Jake was better...I didn't get sick!! He showed me all my exercises for the week by demonstrating, having me do them, and then a pop quiz for me showing him all the exercises to ensure I knew how to do them on my own.

Here is our workout Saturday/Tuesday:

Complete 4-5 times:
Jog 3 mins=30 mountain climbers=30 jump squats=sprint 1 min=jog 2 mins=15 pushups

2 sets of 15 per side plank push off
2 sets of 20 lower back snow angels
2 sets of 20 bench dip with single leg raised
2 sets of 20 dumbbell bicep curl while holding v-up
2 sets of 20 standing bicep curl

10 min cardio cool down

I'll post the Sunday/Wednesday workout tomorrow.

Next session with Jake is 9/16 at 2:30.

**UPDATE**

Completed workout in 67 mins and burned 621 calories. It was difficult!!

I only completed the cardio circuit 4 times, and decreased pushups to 10 for the 2nd,3rd, & 4th set. I also decreased bench dips as my triceps were burning!

I'm looking forward to building some endurance so these workouts don't kill me!!
