There was a BBQ at the church where my sister goes. One of them men hunts and still had some in his freezer, so he donated it for a bbq this evening. Everyone just had to bring a salad or dessert. - strange that one one brought any desserts, but there was a bit of variety of salads, even if it was mostly potato or macaroni..... My sister took enough bean salad for all of us, so I did not have to take anything.

Not many people showed up. I guess because they just decided to do this last Sunday, so there was less than a week to plan and get the word out to all the members.

They sprinkled all the steaks with chili powder so I could not have any of that, but they did have hot dogs and hamburger patties. I had a pattie.

Nice dinner, Nice evening. It's nice to be able to go out once in awhile for a social occasion.
