I did 20 minutes of fitness yesterday (Sept. 8)
Today's highlight was some great "natural fitness". I was a little bit late and a little bit lost for a speaking event at a major health care conference where I got to present SparkPeople to some important people in the health care category. So, that meant 20 minutes of jogging/running to make the event on time! I'll take it. I made it and got to share some fun things about SP in front of 200 people as part of a panel.
Afterwards, several people wanted to talk about partnering in some way. Woohoo!

My Dream is to run. I've never been able to do that. So first I'll walk, then I'll jog walk and then I'll run! The online trackers are helping me to be accountable to my goals and dreams. Once I click on a project I Cannot Unclick it - My Rule!
