I have 16 Weeks lefted until the end of the year to get my Health back on track.
Being out sick from April 20th until now I didn't put forth my best. Some of the problems were due to me and some due to my Doctor.
All is well and I'm back to work. This time I will set Mini Goals each Week
1. drink more water
3.cut out Sweets..... gradually
Being at work 8 hours aday will help me, stay focused, especialy snacking and less Stress is my Goal.
Now I have 2 Options
Been there Done That, I got Discouraged for a minute because of all the hard work I had worked for had to be put on hold until my Health Improved. Listening to my Doctor it worked out for the best.
are my worse enemies right now, I plan to cut back.
I'm feeling what normal people Blood Pressure should be ....120/80
I'm on the right road again
My Blood Pressure is Under Control, I feel so much better
I'm taking back my Health
