For me.... 16 Weeks

Friday, September 09, 2011

I have 16 Weeks lefted until the end of the year to get my Health back on track.

Being out sick from April 20th until now I didn't put forth my best. Some of the problems were due to me and some due to my Doctor.

All is well and I'm back to work. This time I will set Mini Goals each Week

1. drink more water
2.Exercise
3.cut out Sweets..... gradually

Being at work 8 hours aday will help me, stay focused, especialy snacking and less Stress is my Goal.

Now I have 2 Options

Been there Done That, I got Discouraged for a minute because of all the hard work I had worked for had to be put on hold until my Health Improved. Listening to my Doctor it worked out for the best.

are my worse enemies right now, I plan to cut back.

I'm feeling what normal people Blood Pressure should be ....120/80

I'm on the right road again

My Blood Pressure is Under Control, I feel so much better

I'm taking back my Health

I know how that hbp thing is, I glad that you are feeling better. I need to be walking with you. So I am subscribing to your blog. I am trying to get there. I will be 50 soon and I want to walk 50 miles a month, but I am struggling with 15 minutes, but I know I just have to build up to it!!
