Love your vblog! Yep, we gotta keep marching to that beat through the holidays. I am already sweating that one, so thanks for the reminder to treat food as fuel, not as love. Congrats on your new skincare regimen. I think you will see positive results from it. The only moisturizing I have done through the years is with my face (and in more recent years, my neck too.) I guess I better continue with the expansion. Ha! I like how you've made your challenge to run through the semester. Maintenance doesn't look easy but you are on top of things! Go Melly!

Hi Melly, I enjoyed your vlog and as a more mature woman I can relate to the issues your having with your skin,I admire your ability to stick with your goals like you have. I have been on SP since 1/10 and due to no other reason than my own poor choices haven't yet reached my goals. It was encouraging for me watching you vlog,I wish you the best with your weight maintenance and your school goals.

It must be hard to learn how to maintain the weight you worked so hard to get at, and i say that because a lot of people have trouble with it, but still I look forward to it as it is a statement all by itself.
