I must be full up on Vitamin D because I've been outdoors so much lately. My hubby finally admitted that he was getting bigger and that I was NOT shrinking his clothes when we went shopping and he couldn't fit into his regular size.

Under that duress, he agreed to come run/walking with me.
After one run/walk with me, he said that running is "bad for you" and he'd rather hike and suggested we start hiking on the weekends again now that Alita's old enough to hike herself without us carrying her. We started hiking last Saturday. Not sure it can even be classified as a hike being that it's only 2 miles, but we did the Satwiwa outer loop and had a great time.
Today, I went on a great run/walk. This time, I managed to run through the whole first song and ran about 2/3 of my loops in the hills. I basically ran except when climbing up or down the steep hills and from the top of the hill to the end of the plateau. I managed to burn over 400 calories in 45 minutes and had a great view. I took a wrong turn and ended up losing my work-issued pedometer (blog to follow about that later) in the brush, but the view was amazing.
