I have finally given up and removed my weight tracker. I got down to 162, within 2 pounds of my goal weight, but it was not meant to be. I am back up to 164. Don't worry this isn't a bad thing my waist got another half inch smaller and I can see all my abs again for the first time in decades. I was going to post a picture without my shirt to show off my hard work, but when I asked my wife to take it she got a little miffed. I think her words were " Hell no your not posting that picture!" I don't see any difference from posting a picture to going to the beach and having no shirt on, but hey who am I to argue. Anyway, I have added a fitness tracker instead and am more motivated than ever to work my butt off. I am hoping to get back into the 170 range by adding all muscle. Maybe I'll take the family to the public pool just so I can take my shirt off. OK, got to run I need to do some more bicycle sit ups.
