Well.... here is the verdict..... part 3.

I will say having seen all three versions of this that the first video is an accurate representation of how I feel RIGHT NOW. I FEEL broken... but I can't let this defeat me. I am too important to just fall apart, damnit.

So, I hope you all enjoy my pseudo-long blog. I know I ramble a lot.

    You're terrific. Have you been in touch with the guy who heads The Slowest Loser Team? Funny, intelligent, pleanty of good ideas, willing to experiment... I know, you've probably heard it all before, but I too want you to succeed - and I want it for you sooner than later! Why does weight loss have to turn so mysterious at times? :(

    The comments about the previous videos that you did that "weren't you" reminds me of when sparkers type of blog when they are very much in their feelings and they have an emotional rant and then they rescind it saying that it wasn't them. Well.... it was them. And those previous videos were probably you too. They were you in a much vulnerable position and it was the you in your head and 100% in your feelings, but it was the you that you do not wish to portray to the world or to SP. And that's okay. But, do realize that the feelings...ALL of the feelings are valid and it would have been okay to share them, either way...even if just with yourself.

About the SA Team... I think the reason you have co-leaders is so that one leader doesn't have to take the brunt of all the responsibilities. So, one leader should be able to take a step back without the entire team falling apart. I guess the problem is when the majority of the leaders take a step back. For the team members who really do need a lot of support (well we all do in different ways) it kind of leaves them lost I would think. But, this journey is your own and you have to do what's best for you. I'm hoping that your co-leaders will take up the slack as their time allows.

I am really enjoying your vlogs - it really helps us to get to know you and encourage you. I just know in my heart of hearts that you will meet your goal. We are here to support you.

I also wanted to say you have done a tremendous job building this group and involving everyone. Love that I found it and am so happy I can provide encouragement back the way I have been encouraged.

    Lillie, your feelings about being broken are valid, because they are YOUR feelings. But by and large, you are a walking, talking success story because of how far you have come and because of the inspirational person you are. You already know this, but I just wanted to throw it out there for everyone to see.

I agree with you on the meet ups. They SHOULD be at a park a leader is familiar with. The 5Ks are a great way to get in a really good cardio work out while supporting charity and getting to know one another. The mall meet ups are great for discussing issues, getting to know each other, bonding, and just plain fun! Whatever is decided on will be wonderful, as always!

Your decision to back off on Sparking to the extent you were doing it is sound and you must do what is right for you. We know you are still there and as always you are Johnny-on-the-spot when you are most needed. The rest of your leadership team is more than willing and has been stepping up as much as possible. The team is thriving in no small measure to the processes you previously put into place and the hard work you dedicated to it. You have instilled into so many of us a spirit of commitment to encourage and inspire. It has trickled into all of the cracks and crannies and made the San Antonio team the wonderful team that it is. So, in case you missed my point: THANK YOU! emoticon

    Heh...how can we not like your rambly blogs! I think they are cool.

As for a meet up place....I am still bummed about being too far from any park or mall near you all. But I hope the bunch of you find something fun to do for sure.

By the way, I thought to myself the other day...I should do a vlog. Then realized...my computer does not have a camera thingy. I'm such a dork haha...technology is soooo...techie!
