Blogging fresh...

Friday, September 09, 2011

I hemmed and hawed trying to come up with an appropriate title for this blog. Essentially the past few days I've been trying to blog fresh.

Not fresh as in ooh-laa-laa type of thing. Although a few catcalls are very motivating.

What I mean is that REBECCA926 and I have been scouring the internet and Sparkpeople reading motivationg blogs, success stories, tips for weight loss and anything else we think would help us on our journey and the one thing we always found lacking was...

It feels like the time of feeling like a fatty mcfatster and really grumpy at yourself and really unhappy with your life and/or your health just magically turned into marathon running slim svelt success story with shimmering hair and sexy body.

OK...I know its not ALWAYS the case, but I can't seem to find the blog that tells me how at pound 15 they gave up for three weeks gained 4 back and then got back on track...?

Maybe its because a success story doesn't happen like that? If not... h-e-double hockeysticks...that means I could be in real trouble.

So...what I'm hoping to do with my "fresh" blogging is to actually tell the HOW. Because I AM a success story.

No...I didn't say that wrong. Its not a WILL BE for me. I AM a success story. I'm just at the beginning of my story.

    Hi Anna

Every success story would be different, as each of us handle things different. 2 steps forward, one back . I was fortunate, I changed my thinking, changed my diet and released 74 pounds in 6 months, no gains , a release each week. Along with other ideas now like exercise, I have maintained for almost 4 years.
Your success story will be your past, the now and the future as you continue your journey.
I believe you will and at some point, someone will read how you did it.
Hope this answers you.

  emoticon MeeeeeeeOW!

Although, I think a pic of a tiger would be WAY more appropriate.

We ARE success stories! Because we DO NOT GIVE UP.
