One more week:One more pound-Thursday

I journaled and I blogged
I got 90 fitness minutes-weight training, running and dancing
I had one serving of sugar
I had a super productive day again
I am still retaining water---ugh


I survived the 13 hour work day and had a great workout after it. I stopped tracking after my snack and I'm quite sure I was over my calories.

I went out with my friends and danced and sang and laughed and made out and giggled. While I won't get enough sleep tonight, I had a good time and it was therapeutic. This butterfly needs to spread her social wings from time to time.

I'm ready for the last day of the Summer Challenge and I feel good about it!

Officially this blog is on Friday, but I'm still up so it counts for Thursday!
