First of all, I want to thank each and everyone of my friends for giving me the motivation to get through the past 7 weeks, i had some rough times and had to overcome so much temptations. I am happy that i found the spark website and the youtube videos that i am incorporating into my workout routine.Today was a day when i should be marking my weekly weight, but i have a digital scale and i am thinking that it only wants to be accurate when it wants to. so no weigh in today.But I am feeling so good, i have been working on better eating habits, no longer eating when i am bored, and the love for exercising now instead of thinking of it as a chore.I am now glad to report to you my water drinking is finally starting to work, i am not a real big water drinker, but on one of my weekly stages it required me to add a cup of water each day til i was drink 7 a day.i am still under the 8 glasses, about 6 but that is good for me.i still eat out with the fam during the weekends,but keep control and now have the knowledge of what i can order off the menu, reading the articles on spark really help, so if you havent been reading i strongly recommend them and the youtube videos. Thanks for reading and i will be checking in again next week.
