I did 20 minutes of fitness yesterday (Sept. 7)
Today's highlight was – believe it or not – taking out the garbage. I have to take our garbage cans up a big hill and it's a great workout. Since I've been doing a lot of lunges lately, I can tell my legs are getting stronger which is making this a bit easier. Woohoo!
Did everyone see today's Community Highlights email? I loved this one. My addition to this is that the more positive choices you make, the more you'll continue building your momentum.
