Today's Fitness
I did 20 minutes of fitness yesterday (Sept. 7)

Today's Highlights
Today's highlight was believe it or not taking out the garbage. I have to take our garbage cans up a big hill and it's a great workout. Since I've been doing a lot of lunges lately, I can tell my legs are getting stronger which is making this a bit easier. Woohoo!

  It definitely inspires me to read everyone's comments here. I am just starting out and I am only on day 3 of my excerise streak....I keep wondering how long before it becomes fun - but plan on sticking with it!

  On this day I did 45 minutes of fitness. I took a bootcamp class at my local YMCA. And it kick my butt but felt great!

    Cleaned out the big freezer, filled 3 large cooler, defrosted and cleaned the freezer then carried the full coolers back in and filled the freezer. Then washed and dried the car.

    My stamina sure has increased since last year. I did 90 min. of hard cleaning of our porch and carport area and yard work. emoticon Last two days I got in 5 miles of walking! Another emoticon
