Oh my gosh! I agree about the Glazed Chocolate Doughnut coffee. I also thought wow that sounds yummy and whoa, something is missing, like the doughnut! It was really hard to get down!
Glad to see you are back and I agree 8 hours is way too much!!

I hope also your gain is not that much, you still look great! It seems all of us have had a hard time recently. But on to fall and back to basics and we will get it.

ANd no more Glazed Chocolate Doughnut coffee!! LOL

Glad to see you vlogging again! Sorry to hear you scalded yourself with chocolatey do-nutty coffee. That is no es bueno! No need to be on here 8 hours anymore...that is way to much. And Greg is so right. I had never thought about it that way, but that makes so much sense. What an ah-ha moment?

Right? Glazed Chocolate Doughnuts rock. Something about them makes you think that maybe inhaling that might be a little less painful than say, Jet Fuel coffee? Alas........ I was gravely mistaken. In fact.. I think it might have been worse... all sweet and chocolaty.... ewwwww.

Get in the mode - girl!! Okay, could not resist. Overall, we all have our moments when we are not at our best. The good thing is that we can get back on the wagon and push ourselves forward.

BTW - not a coffee drinker but Glazed Chocolate Donuts are good by themselves.
