Exercise Time

I set my alarm this morning for 5am to get in an early morning workout. I actually woke up 15 mins early. I am such a jerk because as I sat on the side of the bed to let the blood settle into my feet. ( I sleep with my feet elevated.) I fell back to sleep and had the nerve to dream about making chicken wings! I jumped up at 5:50!!! I missed my opportunity to workout. I have to find a way to squeeze something in tonight after my Son has his Karate class. Ugh! I'm usually tired after work and don't want to exercise. emoticon

    LOLL!!! Cooking in your sleep, now that's different. I hope you find the time tonight to get moving at least 10 minutes. Better job tomorrow.

    Is there some way to walk or do other exercise while your kid is in karate class? I got started in water aerobics when I was killing time after driving one of mine across town for a class. emoticon

    I hate it when I do that too!! I just have to look at it like this, maybe my body needed that extra sleep.

    Don't worry - I do this all the time with my swimming. If I don't go at 5:30am, then I can't get into the pool at all all day.

Do the best you can with what you have for the day. If you get a workout in, great - otherwise, try getting in some walking, or other activites.
