I set my alarm this morning for 5am to get in an early morning workout. I actually woke up 15 mins early. I am such a jerk because as I sat on the side of the bed to let the blood settle into my feet. ( I sleep with my feet elevated.) I fell back to sleep and had the nerve to dream about making chicken wings! I jumped up at 5:50!!! I missed my opportunity to workout. I have to find a way to squeeze something in tonight after my Son has his Karate class. Ugh! I'm usually tired after work and don't want to exercise.
