Good Day Sparkfam! I need a cup of joe to help me this morning. Here in Chicago its a gorgeous fall day out, I mean its 71degrees sun is shining I love it! The only thing is that this fall like weather makes me sleepy. On Tuesday night I made a list of things I need to accomplish in morning before I go to work:
1.Get up watch Joyce Meyer 5am
2.Do Total Body by Gilad 5:30am
3.Leslie Walk DVD 20mins 6:40am
4.Get lunches ready & pour cereal for breakfast
5.Get me & Izzy dressed & make sure Tristan brushes his teeth
People, I premade lunches for both me & my son & did everything except make a hot breakfast. Today, I just watched Joyce, made lunches for me, my son & my hubby got in on the deal too. Then made pancakes for me & my son & the hubby wanted scrambled eggs sausage sandwich on wheat. I forgot to add sausages to his sandwich but he loved it anyway. That type of love & attention saved us all $16.92+ if figure we all eat out for breakfast & lunch. So I had to trade breakfast for my morning workout. Its not too bad, I just have to focus tonight & make sure I just do it! I will come back on Spark tonight & read some motivating blogs about people who are going to gym after work & that needs to include myself. Also by eating breakfast, I am not as hungry as I was yesterday from eating cold cereal. I feel really full.
Tomorrow I am going to try to repeat what I did on Wednesday morning as far as my list. I know I won't have time for all of it but I need to compress to make it happen.
So what would you choose, breakfast or your workout?
