S90D - getting back on track

This one is more for my reference. I'm behind in my workouts. And, while I could just keep moving forward where I am, I'd like to get back on schedule. This means two-a-day workouts. Not a big deal, I just need to plan them. So here goes:

Tonight: Cardio Challenge
Friday: a.m.Back/Bis, p.m. Cardio Challenge
Saturday: Ultimate Ball and Tabata Inferno
Sunday: Chest/Shoulders/Tri's
Monday: back on track with Legs
