This was tonight's workout:
I'm growing tired of listing all the modifications I have to make.
Just assume I have to modify EVERYTHING. Ugh.
Despite that, I feel great. Even modifying the exercises doesn't make me feel like any less of a rock star when I'm finished. I went for a cool down walk and my legs were sooooooooooo wobbly. Squat jumps are no joke.
Zuzana says not to expect visible results for 60-90 days but I SWEAR I'm already seeing them. My stomach is flatter... my butt is firmer (and smoother!!!!!! OMG!!!!! That is NOT my imagination!!!!!) My legs feel harder for sure. My pushups are getting deeper and deeper and the numbers are going up. And, I have this problem area on my hips... I have hip skin that hangs down over my pelvis, it's quite icky really, but even THAT seems to be tightening up.
My BFF suggested that perhaps I am translating feeling better into looking better (which I am the QUEEN of, by the way) but I think this time I'm really not imagining it at all... because it's quite... striking. I looked in the mirror and was like, whoa. Whoa. Where did that come from? Or in other instances, whoa. Where did that go?
You know the 2nd best thing about 3-day weekends? A 4-day week! Happy Hump Day to all!
