Week 13: Ugh!

So this has been a pretty horrible week for me, got sick on Friday morning and decided to try and sweat it out which worked for a little while but by saturday evening I was just a huge mess! I was incredibly thankful for the holiday weekend thinking that just a few days and I would be back to normal, but here it is Wednesday and I still feel horrible. I did manage to lose 1.5 pounds this week which is great but I also know that without exercise and the way I have been, or not been eating that it's only a matter of time before it starts creeping back up there. Any suggestions on home remedies that work to knock out colds quickly would be greatly appreciated here as it doesn't seem to be going away as quickly as I like. I am going to try and change my eating habits to compensate for the lack of activity because this is completely kicking my butt but other then that I am still here, still pushing, still fighting to beat this!
