In the midst of more changes. Hit a plateau recently so made some much needed changes. Turns out I wasn't eating enough so I started adding more calories to my diet. Also started adding running intervals to my boosted walking routine.
In order to gauge in part where I am now I weighed myself today. I gained 4 lbs, Ughhhhhhh!!!
Frustrated at first. I am working out hard but thinking about it I could work smarter in each work out. So, I will be worker smarter in strength training mixing it up. I met someone today who has run all her life and she is willing to help me a beginning get the hang of it.
Not sure why the scale says I heavier; I feel stronger, I am so much more flexible as much as when I did gymnastics in high school. don't know if there is any truth to muscle weighing more than fat. days like today you hope its true.
I am not giving up, its just one day in many, Lord Willing, to come!!
