Do you do the same?

I tend to drink MORE water when I am at work or out of the house, then when I am at home (where it is more convienent). Does anybody else have this issue? Why might this happen?

I also tend to drink more when I am in the car doing errands. I always bring my water bottle and so it is right there next to me in the cup holder. The only problem with that is I often drink too much too fast and then need to make a pit stop before I get to where I am going. emoticon

I drink a ton of water all the time, but i agree that the more you have a bottle or glass around you (preferably that has ice in it so it doesn't get as warm as fast) the easier it is to get the right amount in a day!

I can easily drink 7-8 cups at work but once home its off my mind, I don't drink much liquids of any kind. Its worst on the weekend too

I definitely agree! One of my friends is newly pregnant and she now carries a water bottle EVERYWHERE, so I'm trying that, even at home, to increase the water consumption,

Definitely at work. I tend to pay more attention because the water cooler is closest to my desk and I hear people using it and look at my glass.

Also, I use a cup with straw and it's a fixation thing I think. I'm not munching but I've got that straw thing going on...

I drink A LOT more water at home, because I'm not worried about how quickly it will pass through me. emoticon

Yep .. I think because at home you are busy and the water isn't sitting in front of you all day. you reach for it and it is there, you don't think about it at work! Just remember to keep a glass around you at home .. and you will drink it too!

I drink way more water at work than home! I think its because I am at a desk most of the day, whereas at home I am chased by kids that want my water bottle. :P
