hey guys... so i'm at work (what's new there?) and don't have too much time to write, but i wanted to keep a little list to look back on of my goals for the month of september.
get in at least 21 workouts. i managed 24 workouts for the month of august, so this should be pretty easy.
go to bodypump AT LEAST once a week. this was a goal for august as well and so far i have not only kept up with it, but far surpassed it.
become STRONGER! not only do i want to keep going with bodypump, but i want to increase the weight i'm able to lift. i think i'm actually going to increase the weight during my next class - TOMORROW!
be able to do one REAL PUSH UP by the end of the month. that's it - just one! i think push ups are awesome and i'm sad that i'm not strong enough to do it.
lose 8-10 lbs. if i stick to my plan, this is easy peasy.
continue to go to sleep early - be in bed by 10:15 PM on weeknights and 12:00 AM on weekends. my body needs sleep to run properly - and i need to stay on a schedule! no more staying up until 3 AM on the weekends and throwing everything off. i'm too young to be taking naps every day when i get off work!
so there you have it. simple, small goals that were easily achieved last month and will be this month as well. i'm not sure what my reward will be for myself yet... i'll see when i get there!
