I officially admit that I can't control my eating. So I joined weight watchers. 3 years ago when I joined on-line, I lost 10 lbs and was able to keep it off for a while. Time to hold myself accountable again. This time, I'm attending the meeting so that I have to admit it not only to myself, but to a room full of people.
I exercise 4 times a week and feel that I have a good handle on that. I am able to run 1.9 miles now, and am building myself up to a 5K. I do weight training as well 3 times a week.
I just can't seem to control my portion size. I eat healthy, and unhealthy, but either way can't control my portion size and eat too much, especially at nights and on the weekend.
I have to hold myself accountable, but I will need your support. Its so easy to say screw it and eat a sleeve of Oreos..... so very easy!
