So, I'm becoming acutely aware of the fact that if I want my polyphasic sleep system to work properly I have to eat right and exercise. When I am on track, I am wide awake and getting stuff done. When I fall even a bit off track, I am dead tired and falling asleep. Therefore, I need to maintain my low-carb, keep moving lifestyle if I am going to get anything done.
This morning, I cut up about 10lbs of chicken and pork for the freezer, made lunch and breakfast, checked all my email and such, put out the trash and recycling, did 20 min. of kickboxing, and am writing this blog while watching the Supernatural Season 6 gag reel. I also caught up on 3 episodes of the DnA Foodcast (dnafoodcast.com is two gamers who cook) while doing the above. It's only 7am. Woot!
Update on Project LTPBHM (Lose-Ten-Pounds-Before-the-Ha
lf-Marathon) is that my weight was 164.0 this morning. That's 2.4lbs down from yesterday and 2lbs above my lowest so far. I am betting on a 1lb drop by tomorrow to kick all the water weight from the last huge slip-If it ever stops raining, I also need to run. If I have 15 minutes, maybe I'll do wind sprints in the backyard. I can do those in the rain. They did it on Friday Night Lights. "Clear eyes, full hearts, can't lose!"
I don't like the show much, but the husband does.
Okay, so I'm set for food today. I have a plan for exercise. I think I'm good.
Onward and upward!
