Diary of a Recycled Gym Rat (Back After a 25 Year Layoff)

Started the day off @ 5:30 a.m. with 6 sets of abs work (3 sets x 70 leg lifts and 3 sets x 50 crunches). Have to quit ignoring the abs, . . . walking and jogging just haven't been enough. After work I'll hit the gym.
