I did 65 minutes of fitness yesterday (Sept. 5)
Ok, I'm back! Let's try this again. I can't remember if I told everyone, but I had a neck injury earlier this summer that I still hadn't recovered from that was zapping my energy so I fell off from blogging. But, I think I'm about back to normal and ready to go.
I figured Labor Day was as good a day as any to start another streak!
Yesterday's highlight was swimming with the boys in the pool again. They still like it when I let them ride on my back while swimming a few laps.
