My son went back to college last week and with him my personal trainer. I learned quite a bit from him about running, especially about form and pacing. I'm still working on both, but I have come along way this summer. My pr for the 3 miles is now 25.5 minutes. He said I could keep up with the jv high school girls (before they get in shape). WooHoo. I miss you Jacob and I'll keep thrusting my knees forward.
