So I had a lovely day yesterday with my partner eating a healthy breakfast at one of our favorite organic restaurants and going for a hike. After the hike, I was craving ice cream. Ahhhhh nooooooooooo! I'm in the midst of the "Making the Cut" workout by Jillian Michaels so I've been really good with tracking my progress. So my partner was very hungry and wanted pizza. I have gluten-intolerance so that's generally a safe place for me to *not* splurge on. I ordered a small side salad and could barely finish it while he ate his pizza. When we were done, my ice cream fixation was gone! Now I can't say it will always be like that, but I was pretty proud of myself.
