I am thinking about getting a workout dvd to do in the afternoon. Something easy, no equipment required (well hand weights would be okay but other than that..). I'd like something that doesn't have a lot of floor exercises. ULTIMATELY if I am dreaming it would be something that my 5 year old daughter would like too. Maybe aerobics or something... I don't know.
What do you recommend?
