Recommend your dvds!

Tuesday, September 06, 2011

I am thinking about getting a workout dvd to do in the afternoon. Something easy, no equipment required (well hand weights would be okay but other than that..). I'd like something that doesn't have a lot of floor exercises. ULTIMATELY if I am dreaming it would be something that my 5 year old daughter would like too. Maybe aerobics or something... I don't know.

What do you recommend?

Definitely Walk Away The Pounds aka WATP with Leslie Sansone.

I like the 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk and use it often.

**edit: if you're way more flexible than me, and who isn't, you can give Zumba and/or Turbo Jam a try.

You can go to UTube and download all 3 workouts plus many others to try - before you buy.
