Day 2 of Working Out

Good Afternoon everybody. Today is going well. I woke up this morning and worked out to Zumba....it felt great. My legs are feeling weird but its a good feeling. I can tell they got a workout. So I did the Zumba Cardio for 30 minutes. So i figured I would break up my Zumba workouts. This week which is week 1 is Zumba Cardio, week 2 is Zumba Sculpt, week 3 Zumba Abs, and week 4 and 5 will be Turbofire 30 minutes. I also ordered and should receive today Dr. Oz's book YOU on a Diet: Waist Management. I also ordered The Help because I just want to read it and Jillian Michael's new video Ripped in 30. I am going to work that in with my workout regime pretty soon. I am changing up my workouts so my body does not get used to what I am doing. After a while of doing the same workouts your body will adapt to it and then you'll have to work twice as hard to lose, where if you constantly change it your body can't keep up and you are constantly burning fat. The first 30 days I will workout for 30 minutes. The next 30 days I will increase my time to 45 minutes. I guess you can say I am babystepping it. I'm also excited because I get to play Fall softball. That is the one sport that I enjoy to play and to keep the constant exercise. So my Saturdays will consist of playing 1 hour of softball, maybe 2 if people need extra person to play on their team. I hope everybody is having a FABULOUS day. Oh and I am changing my blogs to 30 days of Working Out, because that is where my consistency problem is at.
