I just re-read my last post, and it just makes me smile.
I wrote it a week ago, and since then, so much happened!
I went to the gym Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday!!!
Friday I had an appointment with my eating disorder specialist and had to leave the gym early and I was SO sad, I had the whole theatre to myself and was kicking ass! :)
Sunday was a crazy day that ended with me drinking way too much, but not eating that bad for a holiday weekend bbq. Pretty impressive for me.
Yesterday I had a piece of pizza (woozy stomach cure) at around noon, and some granola cereal and banana for dinner around 9pm. Didn't even notice the long gap.
Today I'm back to normal, and am even going to start logging my food again. I want to be safe, and even though I am confident that my food is on track, I want to make sure and not be too cocky.
I'm excited for the gym today. My biggest struggle with the gym had been the exhaustion afterwards. All I want to do is drink some water, have dinner, shower, and go to bed!
I did realize though that I hadn't been snacking like I wise, so my blood sugar probably drops while at the gym since that is the time i usually have a snack. Duh! So I will eat my snack on the way to the gym and hopefully that will help.
I didn't sleep too fantasically lastnight, compliments to the kink in my neck from Sunday nights events. lol. I would love some pepsi right now to wake myself up. Maybe I should do a Zumba video instead...get the blood flowing.
I vote for Zumba. lol
